At Prasarana, while we are deeply committed to fostering excellence and driving transformation, we also place great importance on building connections and building trust. By sharing stories on the goings-on within Prasarana, our aspirations and our people, we aim to get closer to our stakeholders and the communities that we serve.

As we pursue excellence, we also recognise the importance of sustainability and community impact. That is why this edition of MOBILITI focuses on various aspects of sustainability, alongside other noteworthy events and milestones taking place within Prasarana.

Encouraging the use of public transportation is at the heart of our mission. By choosing public transit, you contribute to reducing traffic congestion, lowering carbon emissions, and creating a more sustainable urban environment. We will be acquiring 150 EV buses to serve as feeder buses for the LRT Shah Alam Line (LRT 3), and we are working with the Ministry of Finance to procure another 100 EV buses by 2025, 90 of which will be deployed in the Klang Valley and 10 in Penang. We are dedicated to making public transport a preferred choice through continuous improvements and innovative solutions.

More importantly, our endeavours revolve around enhancing your journey experience. We have devoted ourselves to valuing your feedback, harnessing technology, and prioritising your safety and comfort above all else. We have launched a WhatsApp Business Channel contact number that is displayed at all our train stations and in all our buses to respond to any feedback in real-time.
